The partners' association began in 1979 with their first company, Triune Arts, a non-profit, charitable organization with a mandate to help develop the performing arts in Canada. Members have written scripts for feature film and television projects, produced dramatic film and video shorts adapted from classic stories, and developed their skills as directors through workshops and performances. In addition, hundreds of actors, writers, directors and filmmakers have participated in Triune's workshops headed by acclaimed director Michael Witta.

Triune Productions Inc., a commercial and corporate film & video company, was formed in 1985 to finance the development of Triune's film and television projects. This successful company has provided a variety of broadcast and corporate productions to a high-profile client base. Since 1991 Triune has independently produced many educational programs that have been distributed worldwide and are highly praised for their dramatic and comic value.

In 1997 Triune's principals established Triune Films in order to concentrate on dramatic feature films and MOW's. Triune Films now has a number of film projects in various stages of development:

The Naked Emperor * An Ordinary Miracle * Bogus * The Dragon * Something Special * Motley Tales

Triune Films' basic philosophy is that art is defined as thoughtful entertainment. Whether dramatic, comedic, farcical or tragic, all of Triune Films' projects are thought provoking - they have something to say.

With a solid foundation in directing skills, a wealth of production experience, and a commitment to dramatic properties with integrity, Triune Films has evolved as a producer of quality film and television productions.
